- Connect to Stamps.com via any internet connection
Their software will connect you to your secure Stamps.com Postage Account. When you print your postage, the amount will be deducted from your account. There are no surcharges, just the low monthly subscription of $17.99 that gives you access to many time and money saving features. How do I save money?
- Input or retrieve information from your own address book
Save time on data entry. Stamps.com can automatically import delivery addresses from Outlook, QuickBooks and other contact management software. You can edit or add new addresses whenever you like. You can even print your postage directly from Word, Outlook and WordPerfect.
- Weigh your package with your free stamps.com digital scale
Free with this introductory offer, use the Stamps.com 5 lb. digital scale to accurately weigh your envelopes or packages so you can avoid ever overpaying for postage again! Avoid the embarrassment of leaving your recipient with postage due. The scale connects to your PC and integrates with the Stamps.com software. What if I send heavier packages?
- Instantly calculate your exact postage and print on your own printer
You can print postage on standard labels, envelopes or plain paper. Stamps.com will estimate the delivery time of all available USPS services, so you can choose the mail class that best suits your needs. It uses the USPS database to validate your delivery address to ensure prompt, accurate delivery. Stamps.com can even send an email to the recipient to inform them that the package is on its way.
- Send it away!
Apply your Stamps.com postage to your parcels or envelopes, and either hand them to your Postal Carrier, schedule a USPS pickup online, drop them off at the Post Office (skip the line) or put them in a mail collection box. As a bonus: If your mail displays postage printed from Stamps.com, you can ignore the 16 oz. limit restriction on mail collection boxes and drop it right in.
- Track your packages and view your history
Stamps.com automatically keeps a detailed record of the postage you print. You can easily review your postage spending or print a report for your records. You can use “one-click package tracking”, so you don’t need to type long tracking numbers to verify that your package was delivered.
